摘　　要：官营工商业制度一直是中原汉地历代封建王朝最重要最具特色的经济制度之一。伴随着蒙古统治者平定中原及大蒙古汗国的国家职能和经济制度的变迁,中原的官营工商业制度虽几经周折,但最终被蒙古统治者逐步接受并付诸实施。The government-run industry and commerce system had always been one of the most important and special economic systems of the past dynasties of the feudal rule in the central plains of the Han areas of China.With the Mongolian rulers＇ pacifying the middle China and the changing of the state functions and economic systems in Mongolia Khannte,it was finally accepted and put into practice by Mongolian rulers after many twists and turns.
