摘　　要：侦查阶段收集证据不仅是一个发现证据、固定证据的过程，同时也是一个思维活动的过程和证明案件事实的过程，这个过程具有反复性。在收集证据的过程中，应完成侦查人员的“自向证明”，从而为“他向证明”奠定基础。侦查阶段收集证据必须全面，要通过收集无罪证据来排除犯罪嫌疑人，应重视客观证据的收集．以防止司法实践中被告人出现翻供。In investigation stage, collecting evidence not only can find and fix evidence, but also can research and prove the facts of the case, which necesarily has repetitions. Collecting evidence must be carefully and thoroughly. Through collecting evidence objectively, the innocent suspects can be excluded, and the defendants＇withdrawing a confession can also be prevented in the judicial practice.
