昂丹司琼对舒芬太尼术后静脉镇痛致恶心呕吐预防作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察昂丹司琼对舒芬太尼术后静脉镇痛恶心呕吐的预防作用。方法选择100例ASA为Ⅰ-Ⅱ级的手术后需要舒芬太尼静脉镇痛的患者,随机分为昂丹司琼组和对照组(各50例),通过PCA泵静注镇痛,昂丹司琼组配方为昂丹司琼4mg+舒芬太尼0.1mg+生理盐水至120mL,接PCA泵前静注昂丹司琼4mg;对照组配方为舒芬太尼0.1mg+生理盐水至120mL,所有患者负荷量为3mL,持续剂量为2mL/h,PCA为2mL,锁定时间25min。记录术后48h出现恶心呕吐的例数,比较两组恶心呕吐发生率。结果昂丹司琼组恶心呕吐的发生率明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论昂丹司琼对舒芬太尼术后静脉镇痛恶心呕吐有较好的预防作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of ondansetronhydrochloride on postoperative nausea and vomiting caused by using sufentanic in Intravenous analgesia.Methods：100 cases who are ASAⅠ～Ⅱ and need sufentanic in Intravenous analgesia were chosen,randomly divided into the ondansetron（50 cases） group and control group（50 cases）.Intravenous injection by PCA pump is used for easing pain.Formular of ondansetronhydrochloride group is 4mg ondansetronhydrochloride ＋ 0.1mg sufentanic ＋ 120 mL physiological saline,ondansetronhydrochloride is intravenously injected before meeting PCA pump.Formular of control group is 0.1mg sufentanic ＋ 120 mL physiological saline.All patients load is 3mL,continuous dose is 2mL/h,PCA is 2 mL,and the fixed time is 25 minutes.The cases of nausea and vomiting after 48 hours are recorded,the rate of nausea and vomiting between two groups are compared.Results：The rate of nausea and vomiting of ondansetronhydrochloride group is obviously smaller than that of control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Ondansetronhydrochloride has a good effect on prevention from postoperative nausea and vomiting caused by using sufentanic in Intravenous analgesia.
