高等学校大型仪器设备利用率的探讨——以山东农业大学大型仪器设备使用情况为范例

摘　　要：为增强仪器设备的合理配置和有效利用,本文用常规方法,于2010年对全校10万元以上的仪器设备进行了调查研究。结果表明,学校对教学科研的必要条件投入大,利用率高,效益大。同事,单位或部门之间存在利用不均、重复购置、缺乏有效维护与管理等问题。对此,应采取加强购前可行性论证,确保全校大型仪器设备购置的"一盘棋",加强实验人员队伍建设,健全运行机制,完善制度等措施,以适应大型仪器设备的合理配置与有效利用。In order to enhance the rational allocation of equipment and the effective utilization,this paper,using conventional methods for the 2010 10 thousand yuan of above equipment investigation.Results show that the school for teaching and scientific research of the necessary conditions for the investment,high efficiency and benefits.Colleagues,between departments or units using inequality,repeat purchase,lack of effective management and maintenance,etc.For this,we should adopt to strengthen the pre-acquisitioning feasibility of large-scale instrument and equipment,to ensure the purchase of ＂chess＂,strengthening the staff construction and improve the operation mechanism,perfecting the system of large-scale instrument and equipment,in order to adapt to the reasonable configuration and effective utilization.
