两种方法检测异型淋巴细胞结果比较

摘　　要：目的对异型淋巴细胞人工镜检结果与Sysmex XS-800i血液分析仪异型淋巴细胞提示结果进行比较,评价Sysmex XS-800i血液分析仪异型淋巴细胞提示的价值。方法收集该院进行异型淋巴细胞计数的标本262例。手工检验异型淋巴细胞计数的标本同时送Sysmex XS-800i血液分析仪进行检测,将结果进行统计学分析。结果不同的人工异型淋巴细胞计数比例和Sysmex XS-800i提示信息符合率均较高,4组符合率不全相同,符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Sysmex XS-800i全自动血液分析仪对异型淋巴细胞提示的检出率及符合率较高,根据提示信息,检验人员应该及时进行人工镜检,将检测结果反馈给临床。Objective To evaluate the value of Sysmex-XS800i blood analyzer in indicating atypical leukocyte by comparing the result inspected by microscope with information indicated by Sysmex-XS800i blood analyzer on atypical leukocyte.Methods After collected specimens of 262 patients indicated by Sysmex-XS800i blood analyzer and inspected by microscope simultaneously,results are compared and analyzed.Results There was a high coincidence between the proportion of atypical leukocyte inspected by microscope and the information indicated by Sysmex XS-800i blood analyzer.Although the coincidences in the four groups were not the same,the slight difference among them did not have any statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Coincidence rate is high in indicating atypical leukocyte by S-R as abnormal leukocytes of patients crease.According to information indicated by Sysmex-XS800i blood analyzer,Specimens must be inspected by microscope test in time.Results should also be known by clinical doctors in time so that they can diagnose the infectious mononucleosis and find the therapies early.
