摘　　要：本文提出了一种采用轮幅结构制作的压阻式角加速度传感器的设计思想。并对结构进行了分析、实验。给出了性能测试结果。该传感器可用于航空、航天、卫星姿态等振动角量的测量。The theme gives a designing idea of piezoresistive angular acceleration sensors inthe structure of spoke. We obtained the detecting results of charactars affer we analyzed andtested the structure. The sensors can be used in the vibration angular measurements on the aviation spaceflight and satellite posture etc.
