摘 要:在检测分析ABS清胶废水水质特征的基础上,利用FeSO4和CaO絮凝沉降处理该废水,系统地研究了Fe2+浓度、CaO质量浓度及沉降时间等工艺参数对絮凝沉降效果的影响,得出最佳絮凝沉降工艺条件。结果表明,废水的高COD、高浊度及可生化性差主要由0.1~40μm之间的细微悬浮颗粒物引起,其中粒径在0.1~1μm之间的颗粒物体积分数高达65.08%;在Fe2+浓度为0.3 mmol/L、CaO质量浓度为0.15 g/L、沉降时间为30 min的最佳工艺条件下,COD和浊度去除率分别为98.28%和98.66%,处理成本约为0.20 RMB/t。该工艺具有高效率、低成本的特点。The wastewater containing ABS latex was treated by flocculating settling process with FeSO4 and CaO as coagulation agent and coagulant aid on the basis of analyzing its water-quality features.The effects of flocculating settling conditions,such as concentration of Fe2+,mass concentration of CaO and sedimentation time on flocculating settling process were studied systematically by experiments to obtain suitable technological conditions.The results indicated that the high COD,high turbidity and poor biodegradability of the wastewater were resulted from the suspended substance with particle size distribution of 0.1-40 μm,especially the particles with the size of 0.1-1 μm which held the volume fraction of 65.08%.Furthermore,under the optimal conditions of 0.3 mmol/L Fe2+,0.15 g/L CaO and 30 min sedimentation time,the removal rates of COD and turbidity were 98.28% and 98.66%,respectively.In addition,with the cost of only 0.20 RMB/t,this effluent treatment method stands out with a characteristic of high efficiency and low cost.
