摘  要:制备了添加螯合剂柠檬酸(CA)和乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)的Co-Mo-P/TiO2-γ-Al2O3加氢脱硫催化剂,并对其进行了BET、SEM和H2-TPR表征。以FCC汽油重馏分为原料,考察了螯合剂对Co-Mo-P/TiO2-γ-Al2O3催化剂选择性加氢脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,添加CA或EDTA均可不同程度地提高Co-Mo-P/TiO2-γ-Al2O3催化剂的比表面积;适量的加入CA或EDTA可有效改善活性组分在载体上的分散状态,减弱活性组分与载体间的相互作用;加入CA可明显改进催化剂的选择性加氢脱硫性能;而加入EDTA同时提高了催化剂的脱硫活性和加氢活性,没能改善催化剂的选择性加氢脱硫性能。Co-Mo-P/TiO2-γ-Al2O3 catalysts with addition of chelating agent citric acid(CA) or ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) used for hydrodesulfurization were prepared and characterized by using BET,SEM and H2-TPR.Effects of CA and EDTA on the catalytic performance of Co-Mo-P/TiO2-γ-Al2O3 catalysts in the hydrodesulfurization of FCC gasoline heavy fraction were investigated.The results showed that the addition of CA or EDTA into Co-Mo-P/TiO2-γ-Al2O3 catalyst increased its specific surface area in a certain degree,the addition of a suitable mass fraction of CA or EDTA was beneficial to the dispersions of active component in catalyst on the support,and could decrease the interaction between the support and the active component.Addition of CA could improve the performance of selective hydrodesulfurization of the Co-Mo-P/TiO2-γ-Al2O3 catalyst,but the addition of EDTA increased both the desulfurization and hydrogenation activities of the catalyst.
