摘　　要：By using RAPD technique,testes genomic DNA from T.aurea and T.nilotica were analysed.With 20 primers,249 fragments were attained, and the similarity percentage between two species of fish is 89.96%. Species specific fragments were produced respectively by primers OPZ 14 and OPZ 18 between two species of fish.It is suggested that these fragments may be used as molecular markers in fish′s speciesBy using RAPD technique,testes genomic DNA from T.aurea and T.nilotica were analysed.With 20 primers,249 fragments were attained, and the similarity percentage between two species of fish is 89.96%.
