新疆塔河油田石油职工代谢综合征相关危险因素的分析

摘　　要：目的了解新疆塔河油田职工代谢综合征（MS）的患病率及其分布特征,探讨有效的防治对策。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,对新疆塔河油田5个基地工作的20~62岁共1 813名职工进行体格检查及其相关代谢指标的测定。代谢综合征的诊断主要采用2005年国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）的诊断标准。结果按照IDF标准,新疆塔河油田20-62岁人群MS的患病率为15.4%,其中男性患病率为16.8%,女性患病率为12.1%,男性MS患病率明显高于女性。50-62岁患病达到高峰（28.7%）,与其它各组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。MS组与未被诊断为MS人群的各项代谢指标均有明显差异。MS组患者与非MS组相比,其腰围、体质指数、血压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白等明显增高,高密度脂蛋白明显降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论新疆塔河油田职工的MS患病率偏高,患病率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,腰围增大是代谢综合征重要的危险因素。应加强健康教育,采取相应防治措施,降低塔河油田职工MS的发病率。Objective To understand the prevalence and the distribution characteristics of metabolic syndrome（MS） in Xinjiang tahe oilfield workers and explore the effective prevention measures.Methods Using random cluster sampling method,the physical examination and metabolic indices of workers in 5 bases of xinjiang tahe oilfield aged 20 ~ 62 were detected.Diagnose of Metabolic syndrome use the 2005 international diabetes federation（IDF） diagnostic criteria.Results According to the IDF criteria,incidence of MS for male and female was 16.8% and 12.1%.The prevalence of male was obviously higher than female.The peak of incidence is of aged 50~62（28.7%）,MS group have obvious difference with group without MS in indexes such as waist circumference,body mass index,blood pressure,fasting blood sugar,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.Difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The prealence of MS in workers of Xinjiang tahe oilfield increased,waistline is an important risk factor along with the age growth.Health education should be strengthened and suitable measure need to be adopted.
