我院2007～2009年麻醉药品和精神药品的利用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院麻醉药品和精神药品的使用情况和用药趋势。方法采用用药频度排序法,对我院2007-2009年麻醉药品和精神药品应用数据进行统计和分析。结果我院麻醉药品和精神药品的消耗金额逐年增加。在麻醉药品中,用药频度以吗啡缓释片和芬太尼注射液较大,哌替啶注射液用药频度呈减少趋势。在精神药品中,曲马多缓释片和艾司唑仑片的DDDs排序前1、2位,氯硝西泮片DDDs稳步上升。结论我院麻醉药品和精神药品使用基本合理。Objective To investigate the situation and developing trend of the use of narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital.Methods In ranking of DDDs,consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were statistically analyzed.Results The narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital were increased year by year.In the narcotics,heading the list in terms of DDDs were Morphine sustained-release tablets and fentanyl injection;the DDDs of pethidine injection were on the decreasing.In the psychotropic substances,DDDs of eslazolum tablets kept the first,DDDs of clonazepam tablets upgraded steadily.Conclusion The use of narcotics and psychotropic substances in our hospital appeared basically reasonable.
