中医辨证推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医辨证推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组先进行中医辨证分型,然后予以辨证推拿治疗;对照组予以目前临床常用的一般的辨病推拿治疗。结果治疗组总有效率(96.7%)与对照组(90%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的Ly-sholm总评分及ROM总评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。治疗组支撑、跛行、疼痛、肿胀、爬楼梯、下蹲及Lysholm总分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证推拿在改善膝骨性关节炎患者的膝关节功能及关节活动度方面较一般推拿治疗方法疗效更为显著。Objective To observe the curative efficacy of TCM massage of syndrome differentiation treatment for knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods Sixty KOA cases were divided into two groups： treatment group with 30 cases were treated by massage of Syndrome differentiation and control group with another 30 cases were treated by general massage that be commonly used in clinical practice.Lysholm knee score standard and range of motion（ROM） score were used in two groups.Results The difference of total effective rate between treatment group（96.7%） and the control group（90%） was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Lysholm and ROM total score of two groups were improved in comparison with before treatments（P〈0.05）.Lysholm score of support,limp,pain,swelling,stair climbing,squatting and total score improvement rate in treatment group were higher than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM massage of syndrome differentiation is better for patients with knee osteoarthritis to improve knee function and range of motion than the general massage.
