摘 要:指出主蒸汽流量的常规测量及计算方法存在的问题,提出了基于主凝结水流量的汽轮机主蒸汽流量在线监测系统,并对基准流量的选取、小量汽水(给水泵密封水漏水、高压加热器旁路阀漏汽)流量的处理以及主蒸汽流量在线监测的实施进行分析。将该系统应用于某台200 MW汽轮机组主蒸汽流量计算,同时与常规方法的计算值进行比较表明,主蒸汽流量在线监测系统具有实时采集和处理数据的能力和较高的准确性,能够满足机组经济性诊断实时计算和在线负荷优化分配等工程应用对主蒸汽流量的要求。The tradifional measurement methods of main steam flow rate and the problems existing in said methods have been pointed out,an on-line monitoring system of main steam flow rate from steam turbine based on the main condensate flow rate being put forward.The selection of base flow rate,and the disposal of small steam-water flow,i.e.the leakage of sealing water from feed-water pump,and the leakage of steam from by-pass valve of high-pressure heater,as well as the realization of said on-line monitoring have been analysed.The said system has been used in main steam flow rate calculation of one 200 MW steam turbine unit,and a comparison of the calculated value with that of convintional methods being carried out,the result shows that the said system has the capability of realtime acquiring and processing of data with highter accuracy,can satisfy the requirements on the main steam flow rate in engineering applications,such as real-time calculation for diagnosis of unit's economic efficiency,and on-line load distribution optimization etc..
