摘　　要：采用文献梳理与历史分析的方法,对西方比较公共管理的演进过程进行了研究,在总结西方比较公共管理研究阶段划分的基础上,探讨了西方比较公共管理研究的现状及其特点,阐述了以美国为代表的当代西方发达国家比较公共管理研究的现存问题以及需要改进的路径。With the methods of literature review and historical analysis, the thesis discussed evolution processes for the research of the comparative pubic administration in developed countries. Based on the development of the stages with the comparative public administration, the thesis analyzed the current situation and the characteristics for the comparative pubic administration research in developed countries, and at the same time, the author summarized some problems and some improvement paths for research of the comparative pubic administration, especially in the USA.
