摘　　要：重庆地区民用建筑屋面采用保温层节能设计,防水一般为一道刚性防水再加一道柔性防水,屋面防水等级为2级。因卷材位于保温层上部以及施工工期以及现场环境影响,不能长期完全满足防水作业条件,易出现卷材防水层破裂渗漏。实际施工中,在混凝土屋面板上先施作一道聚氨酯防水基层,并在保温层中埋设排汽管,能有效防止屋面渗漏,提高屋面防水保温隔热性能。In Chongqing areas,the roof heat preservation layer projects concerning civil architectures are designed in two waterproof layers： one rigorous and the other flexible,and the techniques,the scale of roof waterproof index is 2.Due to the winding materials are on the top of the heat preservation layers,they are easily influenced by the construction periods and the weather-beaten surroundings,so that they are likely to be broken and have leakages.In the present actual constructions,one layer of ammonia polyester waterproof materials are spread over the roof floor,then install air-discharging pipelines to prevent interior leakages,and to improve the waterproof and heat preservation features.
