摘　　要：莱钢股份炼铁厂4#265 m2烧结机从自身的实际情况出发,提出了以低碳厚料层烧结为核心,将小球烧结、低温烧结、蒸汽预热、偏析布料等一系列新技术融为一体,并结合自己的思路进行技术创新和设备改造,进行低碳厚料层烧结技术应用,取得了较好的效果。Laiwu Steel ironworks 4# 265 m2 sintering machine from their own actual situation,put forward a thick layer of sintered low-carbon core,the small ball sintering,low temperature sintering,steam preheating,segregation and a series of new technology fabrics Integration,combined with their own ideas for technological innovation and equipment modification,the thick layer of sintered low-carbon technology,and achieved good results.
