摘　　要：对传统浆液制膜的平摊浇浆方法进行了改进,对浆膜制备过程中的浆液调制、浆膜浇制、成膜条件和试样规格进行了试验分析,确定了合理的浆膜拉伸试验尺寸;同时较为系统地探讨了常用浆料的浆膜性能,以及不同配比对浆膜性能的影响。The spreading method of pouring sizing agent for traditional size-film preparation was improved,and the paste making,size-film pouring,film-forming conditions and sample specification during the size-film preparation process were analysed,the reasonable size of size-film tension test was fixed,and the size-film performance of usual size and the effect of different mixing proportion on size-film performance were systematically researched.
