摘　　要：《直隶商会与乡村社会经济》一书,视角新颖、见解独到、启人良多,是张学军、孙炳芳关于直隶商会研究的又一硕果。其主要学术贡献,一是深入描述了直隶商会组织系统特征、功能及形成过程;二是深入探讨了直隶商会在乡村经济社会的近代演进中所起作用;三是深入阐述了直隶商会与政府之间的关系。Commercial association of Zhili Province and rural social economy is another accomplishment of Zhang Xuejun,Sun Bingfang＇s study on commercial association of Zhili Province,which is a works of new perspective and unique insights.Concerning its main academic contributions,firstly,it is to thoroughly describe the characteristic,the function and the forming process of commercial association of Zhili Province;secondly,it is to discuss its role in rural social economy evolution;thirdly,it is to elaborate relationship between commercial association and the government.
