摘　　要：目的建立测定白英中大豆苷(Daidzin)含量的RP-HPLC法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(16∶84∶0.1,v/v),检测波长为260 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果大豆苷质量浓度在1.0～40.0μg/mL内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7)。大豆苷的平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.1%。结论该方法准确,重复性良好,适用于白英药材的质量控制。Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of daidzin in Solanum lyratum Thunb.Methods A Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile-water-phosphoric acid（16∶ 84∶ 0.1,v /v）.The wavelength was set at 260 nm.Results The linear range ofdaidzin was 1.0 ～ 40.0 μg /mL.The average recovery was 100.1%（RSD was 1.1%）.Conclusion The method issimple,accurate,reproducible,and it could be used for the quality control of Solanum lyratum Thunb.
