摘　　要：目的探讨质子泵抑制剂(PPI)作用的影响因素,促进临床合理用药。方法综述PPI的作用原理及临床应用研究,探讨质子泵抑制剂的药效影响因素。结果 PPI的药效与用药时间、患者的情绪及基因多态性等多种因素有关。结论临床合理用药方案的制定应综合考虑多方面因素。Objective To discuss the appropriate use and influencing factors of proton pump inhibitor（PPI）. Methods The mechanism of action and the studies of clinical application of PPI were reviewed. Results The actions of PPI are affected by many influencing factors,such as dose time,patients＇ mood,gene polymorphisms of patients,and so on. Conclusion A reasonable dosage schedule should be based on an overall consideration of various factors.
