摘　　要：中国民办高校经过近二十多年的努力与发展，一支高校办学的新生力量已经拔地而起。她是伴随着中国经济改革和经济发展而来，为民办高等教育的持续发展积累鲜活丰厚的经验。借鉴国外民办高等教育成功范例，研宄中国民办高校前景或发展趋势，有十分重要的理论和现实意义。In China, private universities have grown for about twenty years by now, and a new power has formed among them with China＇s reformation and economic development, which accumulated great experience for the continuous growth of China＇s private universities. It is very meaningful and important to learn from successful examples abroad and to study the prospect and developing trend of China＇s non-state run universities.
