摘　　要：海南国际旅游岛文化建设要重视历史特性，历史特性有承袭性、地域性、交融性，即时间上的承袭性，空间上的地域性，以及各种文化的交融性。国际旅游岛的文化建设，历史特性保护应被提到议事日程。Great importance should be attached to historical characters of Hainan in the construction of an international tourism island. Historical characters are inheritability in time, regionality in space and culturally mingling, therefore, the conservation of Hainan＇s historical features is placed in agenda.
