摘　　要：任何国家和地区都要发展经济，如果经济发展了，经济增长了，民众的幸福感就一定很高吗？生活也会很幸福吗？但是现实实际是不是如此呢？文章针对海口市的具体情况，在调研的基础上就如何发展经济的同时提高居民的幸福感指数进行探讨。Economic development is important for every country and region, but the question is that if economic development is achieved, whether or not that will make it necessary and natural for its citizens to live a happy life？ This paper discusses how we can improve our happiness index as we develop our economy, standing on a basis of careful survey and research of the specific situation in Haikou.
