摘　　要：1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDC)是一种水溶性的新的碳二亚胺衍生物,可用作缩合剂、交联剂,本文详细综述了EDC在酰胺化、多肽合成、酯化、高分子合成等化学反应中的应用,这些反应具有反应条件温和、产率高、选择性好等优点。1-ethyl-3-（3-dimethylaminopropyl） carbodiimide hydrochloride（EDC） was a new water soluble carbodiimide and generally utilized as condensing and crosslinking agent.The applications in organic EDC synthesis,focusing on dehydrogenation of alcohol,esterincation of acid with alcohol or phenols,synthesis of amide and peptides,synthesis of polymers,etc were reviewed.These reactions had the adv antages of mild conditions,high yields,and high chemoselecticity.
