摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法制备掺镉锡酸锌光催化剂,通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征,该催化剂平均粒径小于30nm,属立方晶系。以波长λ=312 nm的光源分别对甲基橙和茜素红水溶液进行光催化降解,结果发现Cd2+的加入使Zn2SnO4对甲基橙和茜素红两种染料的光催化活性明显提高。Spinel type Cd2+ doped Zn2SnO4 nano powders were prepared by the coprecipitation method.The microstructure of the new powder were investigated by XRD,SEM and spectrophotometer.The degradation experiment of methylorange and alizarin red water soluble dyes were performed by the photocatalytic methods on the light of wavelength(λ=312 nm).In addition,the effect of different Cd doping content,the heat-treating temperature and calcining time of catalyst,pH and initial concentration with the decolorizing efficiency of dyes were discussed.The results indicated that the average particle size of the cubic powder was less than 30 nm.The catalytic activity of Zn2SnO4 was clearly improved owing to Cd2+ doping.
