摘　　要：油雾润滑技术作为一种先进的机泵润滑方式,有很多优点,其运用的场合与日俱增。分析了机泵轴承易于损坏的主要原因,重点介绍油雾润滑技术、油雾润滑系统的主要组成和原理,还介绍了实际改进方法及其在延安石油化工厂重整加氢装置的成功应用。Oil mist lubrication was an advanced method of lubrication pump,and had many advantages compared with other traditional lubrication methods.Now it was used in many situations.The main failure of the pump bearing was analyzed.At the same time,mist lubrication technology was introducted,the maincomposition and the working principle of oil mist lubrication system were introducted,and the improvement measure was put forward.In addition,the successful application of the improved technology was presented in CCR unit and hydroprocessing unit of Yan＇an Petrochemical Works.
