摘　　要：以某2 400 t/d硫酸装置为例,介绍了在硫酸生产过程中,固体硫磺熔融装置熔硫装置的工艺方案选择、主要设备选型、液硫的中和处理及熔硫尾气的洗涤,并结合生产实践,对提高生产能力、降低劳动强度、提高精硫质量、降低生产成本、改善生产坏境等方面进行浅要分析。Taking a 2 400 t/d sulfur unit as an example,the process selection of the solid sulfermelting unit during sulphuric acid production with sulfur was introduced.Together with production practices,the relevant mensures were proposed to increase the production capacity,reduce labor intensity,improve fine sulfur quality,reduce production cost and improve production environment.
