摘 要:热煤气脱硫是IGCC等高效洁净煤联合循环发电过程的关键技术,本文采用具有净化(脱硫及除尘)一体化潜力并可实现过程连续操作的错流移动床为热煤气脱硫反应器,通过对其反应过程的分析作出合理假设,建立了描述单颗粒脱硫反应及反应器行为的模型方程,并进行了初步的数值模拟计算,结果表明本模型的计算结果可较好地解释前人的实验工作。Intergrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) will be the future clean and efficient coal-based generation system. As one key technology of IGCC, hot gas clean technology including desulfurization and dedust can keep the boiler and gas turbine from corrosion and erosion and improve the generation efficiency 2~3%. In this paper, because of the advantages of lower pressure drop, better gas-solid contact and ability for continuous operation with lower solid abrasion ratio, the cross-flow moving bed was selected as its hot gas desulfurization reactor. Based on the reaonable assumptions, the model equations for chemical kinetics of sorbent including unreacted shrinking core model and grain model of non-catalytic gas solid reaction such as hot gas desulfurization were established Meanwhile, the model equations for cross flow moving bed reactor were also developed. The results of simulation are shown that the prediction of behaviors of the cross-flow moving bed reactor can explain the concerning experimental phenomena
