构建重庆市现代农业产业体系的对策建议

摘　　要：伴随着全国经济总量不断扩大的经济形势,农业相对于其他产业的人均产出值在逐步缩小,越来越多的农民脱离土地,加入到迁徙的农民工行列,逐渐脱离农业生产,对我国农村农业发展带来了严峻的挑战。在这样的背景下,构建现代农业产业体系是解决我国农业发展问题的根本出路。利用已有的研究理论成果,结合重庆市现代农业产业发展的实际情况,旨在对重庆市构建现代农业产业体系提出浅显的意见和建议。Since the reform and opening up in 1978,China had achieved rapid development.With the expansion of national economy,per capita output value of agriculture decreased gradually when compared to other industries.More and more farmers left their land and got job in the city,which posed a serious challenge to agricultural development.Building a modern agricultural industrial system was the fundamental way to solve the problems in agricultural development.Based on existing theoretical results and actual situations of modern agricultural industry in Chongqing,views and recommendations on the construction of modern agricultural industrial system in Chongqing were put forward.
