摘　　要：本文通过差热分析（ＤＴＡ） 和Ｘ射线粉末衍射（ＸＲＤ） 方法研究了赝二元系ＬｉＦ－ ＳｒＡｌＦ５ 的相平衡关系。该赝二元系在ＬｉＦ∶ＳｒＡｌＦ５ ＝１∶１ 处形成一致融熔化合物ＬｉＳｒＡｌＦ６ ，其熔点为７６５ ℃，并分别在ＬｉＦ－ ＬｉＦＳｒＡｌＦ６ 和ＬｉＳｒＡｌＦ６ － ＳｒＡｌＦ５ 区域出现两个低共熔点，其共晶温度分别为６７３ ℃和７０５℃，根据体系的相图，采用坩埚下降法生长出氟化物激光晶体Ｃｒ３ ＋ ∶ＬｉＳｒＡｌＦ６ 。The phase equilibrium in pseudo binary system LiF-SrAlF 5 has been studied by means of thermal analysis (DTA) and X ray diffraction(XRD).A congruent melting compound LiSrAlF 6 with melting point of 765℃ produces at the composition of LiF∶SrAlF 5=1∶1.There exist eutectic horizontals from LiF to LiSrAlF 6 at 673℃ and from LiSrAlF 6 to SrAlF 5 at 705℃ in the system.According to the proposed phase diagram,fluoride laser crystal Cr 3+ ∶LiSrAlF 6 has been grown by Bridgman method.
