高校学生心理危机管理机制的建构

摘　　要：心理危机是伴随着危机事件的发生而出现的一种严重心理失衡状态,主要有成长性危机、境遇性危机和存在性危机三种类型。大学生心理危机的成因是多方面的,既有主观因素,也有客观因素。学校心理危机管理机制应从心理危机预警机制、干预机制和维护发展机制等方面建构。Psychological crisis is a serious psychological unbalance state mainly including three types： maturational crisis,situational crisis and existential crisis,which are accompanied with crisis events.The causes of psychological crisis are manifold,both subjective factors and objective factors.University students＇ psychological crisis management system should constructed from the aspect of crisis warning,crisis intervention and maintenance.
