摘　　要：中国是一个跨国民族众多的国家,绝大多数跨国民族分布在西部地区。跨国民族及跨国民族问题应予高度关注。正确认识西部的跨国民族,合理解决跨国民族问题,是顺利实施西部大开发战略的重要问题所在。China is a multi-ethnic nation,and most of transnational ethnics lie in the west region of China.We must pay utmost attention to transnational ethnics and relevant issues.Accurate Comprehensions which rational solutions of transnational ethnics and relevant issues must be attracted significant attention,which is the crux of the Western Development.
