高粘度低固含量醋丙共聚乳液的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种固含量为（３５ ±１ ．５） ％ ，粘度５ ～５０ Ｐａ·ｓ 的醋丙共聚乳液的制备方法，论述了单体组成、电解质、ＰＶＡ 及甲醇对乳液性能的影响。本乳液具有粘接强度高、干燥速度快、适用领域广、成本低等特点。A kind of polyvinyl acetate/acrylic copolymer resin emulsion was prepared , which solid content is (35±1.5)% and viscosity is 5.0～50.0 Pa·s. Influences of monomer's composition , electrolyte , PVA, methanol on the emulsion's properties were discussed . The emulsion has the properties of high strength , quick dry , wide range of application and low price .
