摘  要:目的探讨二维时间飞跃法(2D-TOF)磁共振静脉成像(MRV)对大脑内静脉(ICV)及其属支的显示情况,并进行定性和定量研究,构建大脑内静脉三维可视化静脉图谱。方法对62例颅内深静脉正常者进行头颅2D-TOF法MRV检查,所得图像经GE advance Workstation工作站后处理,定性定量分析大脑内静脉及其属支。结果大脑内静脉显示率为100%,均成双支型;侧脑室内侧静脉显示率为46.0%,其汇入点距穹隆柱的距离为(23.09±1.96)mm,与大脑内静脉之间的夹角为(119.9±12.8)°,该静脉内径为(1.27±0.23)mm;透明隔静脉显示率为96.8%,其内径为(1.26±0.25)mm;丘脑纹状体静脉显示率为70.2%,其内径为(1.33±0.16)mm,在横轴位上前述两支静脉之间的夹角为(79.1±9.2)°;脉络膜上静脉显示率为11.3%,其内径为(0.89±0.12)mm;尾状核前静脉显示率为24.2%,其内径为(1.05±0.14)mm;尾状核横向静脉显示率为44.4%,其内径为(1.18±0.17)mm;尾状核后静脉显示率为32.8%,其内径为(1.11±0.13)mm。结论 2D-TOF法MRV对大脑内静脉及其较大属支可清晰显示,而三维重建技术构建的大脑内静脉三维可视化静脉图谱,可以从各个角度显示大脑内静脉及属支,并可测量其距离、内径以及相邻属支之间的角度,为各种大脑内静脉区域疾病的诊断以及基底节区微创手术提供依据。Objective To explore the images of the internal cerebral vein(ICV) and its tributaries by the 2D time- of-flight(2D-TOF) magnetic resonance venography (MRV), quantitative and qualitative assessment by the GE advance Workstation,and construct the 3D map of [CV and its tributaries. Methods The images of ICV and its tributaries were got by the 2D-TOF MRV in sixty-two normal volunteers,the quantitative and qualitative assessment were processed by the GE advance Workstation. Results Display rate of ICV was 100% ,bilateral arrangement. Medial vein of lateral ventricle was 46.0% ,the distance from the drainage point to the column of fornix was (23.09 ± 1.96)mm, the angle with the internal cerebral vein was( 119.9± 12. 8 ) o, diameter was ( 1.27± 0. 23 ) mm. Septal vein was 96. 8%, diameter was ( 1.26±0. 25)ram, thalamostriate vein was 70.2% , diameter was (1.33 ± 0. 16)mm, the angle between two veins in horizontal axis was (79. 1 ±9.2)°Superior chorodial vein was 11.3 % , diameter was (0.89± 0.12) mm. Anterior vein of caudate was 24.2% ,diameter was ( 1.05±0. 14)mm; transverse vein of caudate was 44.4% , diameter was (1.18 ± 0.17 )ram; posterior vein of caudate was 32.8% , diameter was ( 1. 11 ±5 0. 13) mm. Conclusion 2D-TOF MRV can display ICV and its tributaries clearly( min diameter 0. 89 ±0.12), measure the distance, diameter and angle between the two tributaries, construct the 3D map of ICV, and provide data for microsurgery and diagnosis disease related to ICV.
