摘  要:采用半固态流变挤压铸造,对铝合金弹壳体(深筒薄壁件)试件进行试验,研究了成形件不同部位的显微组织。结果表明,该成形工艺流程简单,成形件表面品质优良;由于所受压力分布不均匀,成形件内部不同部位的显微组织存有差距,在零件的横断面中部固相近球形颗粒数目增多,靠近零件内表面边缘的固相近球形颗粒数目减少,液相数量明显增多,而底部显微组织与半固态浆料成形前的显微组织基本一样。Aluminum alloy shell case was cast by semi-solidification rhreology extrusion casting process and microstructure at different sections on the casting was investigated.Result indicates that this process is simple and the products are good in quality;Owing to the un-uniform pressure distribution in the processing,there is microstructure variation at different parts of casting sections: the solid phase in granule shaped is increasing at section of middle part of casting and it's decreasing close to the inner surface of casting with the obviously increasing of liquid phase,while there is not much change in microstructure at bottom of casting,which keeps the original structure before casting.
