摘 要:以冰为造孔模板,采用冷冻铸造法制备Al2O3多孔陶瓷,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察孔结构,并测量气孔率和抗压强度。结果表明:通过调整工艺参数,气孔率可控制在24%~85%之间,形成了蜂窝状结构。随浆体浓度的增大,气孔率降低,抗压强度增大。抗压强度随烧结温度的升高而增大。当气孔率最大达85%时,抗压强度为21 MPa。Porous alumina ceramics were fabricated by freezing casting process using ice as pore-creating template.The microstructures of the samples were observed by SEM,the porosity and the compressive strength were also investigated.The results indicate that the porosity can be changed from 24% to 85% by controlling the process parameters,and SEM image presents cellular structure.The porosity is decreasing and the compressive strength is increasing with increasing the slurry concentration.The compressive strength is increasing with increasing the sintering temperature gradually.When the porosity is 85%,the compressive strength is 21 MPa.
