rSj26GST-Sj32融合蛋白-IgG4-ELISA诊断慢性血吸虫病的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨rSj26GST-Sj32-IgG4-ELISA诊断慢性血吸虫病的价值。方法用rSj26GST-Sj32融合蛋白作为包被抗原,通过rSj26GST-Sj32-IgG4-ELISA检测慢性日本血吸虫病患者血清抗体,同时以华支睾吸虫病、卫氏并殖吸虫病、泡型棘球蚴病、囊型棘球蚴病、乙型肝炎、肺结核患者血清和健康人血清作为对照。结果该法检测慢性血吸虫病的敏感性和特异性分别为95.00%和100.00%,且与泡型棘球蚴病、囊型棘球蚴病、乙型肝炎和肺结核患者血清均无交叉反应;诊断慢性血吸虫病的阳性预告值、阴性预告值及诊断效率分别为100.00%、95.56%和97.59%。结论 rSj26GST-Sj32-IgG4-ELISA可用于慢性血吸虫病的免疫诊断。In order to study the value of rSj26GST-Sj32-IgG4-ELISA for diagnosis of chronic schistosomiasis,the IgG4 antibodies were observe to detect sera of chronic schistosomiasis with rSj26GST-Sj32 fusion protein by rSj26GST-Sj32-IgG4-ELISA and the sera of patients with clonorchiasis sinensis,paragonimiasis westermani,alveolar echinococcosis,cystic echinococcosis,hepatitis B and pulmonary tuberculosis as well as the healthy people were taken as controls.The sensitivity and specificity of this method were 95.00% and 100.00% respectively,and there was no cross reaction with the sera of patients with alveolar echinococcosis,cystic echinococcosis,hepatitis B and pulmonary tuberculosis.The positive predictive value,negative predictive value and efficiency of diagnosis were 100.00%,95.56% and 97.59%,respectively.It is suggested that rSj26GST-Sj32-IgG4-ELISA could be applied to immunodiagnosis for chronic schistosomiasis.
