摘　　要：资格预审是国际、国内招标投标工作的重要步骤,对招标单位和投标单位都有着重要的作用。为了对资格预审进行量化管理,选出诚实可信的投标单位,运用了一种全新的评价方法——多目标智能加权灰靶决策,并通过实例说明该方法的具体应用。Pre-qualification is an important step to International and Domestic Bidding work,which has an important role in bidding units and bidders.In oeder to quantitatively manage pre-qualification and select a credible honest bidding unit,this paper uses a new evaluation method-Multi-objective Intelligent Weighted Grey Target Descion-making through examples to show the specific application of this method.
