摘 要:在磷酸介质中,甲醛可以催化溴酸钾氧化盐酸氯丙嗪的反应生成一种橙红色化合物。据此建立了测定痕量甲醛的催化光度分析法。在525 nm波长处测定吸光度增加值(ΔA)与甲醛质量浓度(ρ)在12.0-132.0 mg.L-1范围内成线性关系,回归方程为:ΔA=0.026 57+0.002 25ρ(r=0.993 3),其检测下限为0.19 mg.L-1。方法的回收率为99.4%-100.5%,RSD为1.2%-1.5%。方法具有简便快速、测定甲醛含量较高和浓度范围较宽的优点,用于含碘化物-醋酸的样品溶液中少量甲醛的测定,获得了满意结果。A simple,catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of formaldehyde was proposed,based on the catalytic effect of formaldehyde on oxidation of chlorpromazine hydrochloride-bromate in the presence of phosphoric acid and under optimized experimental conditions.The linear concentration range of formaldehyde determined was 12.0-132.0 mg·L-1 and the linear equation about the absorbance difference(ΔA) versus the concentration(ρ) was ΔA=0.026 57+0.002 25ρ(r=0.993 3).The limit of detection was 0.19 mg·L-1 of formaldehyde.The recoveries and the relative standard deviation(RSD) were 99.4%-100.5%,1.2%-1.5%,respectively.This method has been successfully used in analysis of the sample solutions containing acetic acid and iodic ion.
