膨胀计法评价不同温度下苯乙烯精馏阻聚剂

摘  要:利用膨胀计法分别对对苯二酚(HQ)、对叔丁基邻苯二酚(TBC)、4,6-二硝基-2-仲丁基苯酚(DNBP)、高效阻聚剂(PI-70)及其复配阻聚剂对苯乙烯的阻聚效果进行评价。在60,80℃时,考察了单组分阻聚剂和复配阻聚剂的阻聚效果。实验结果表明,60℃时,DNBP和PI-70对苯乙烯的阻聚效果较好,阻聚的有效时间都达到400min以上;60℃时m(TBC)∶m(DNBP)=1∶3和m(TBC)∶m(PI-70)=1∶3复配对苯乙烯的阻聚效果最佳,阻聚时间接近600min;80℃时DNBP对苯乙烯的阻聚效果较好,阻聚的有效时间为250min;80℃时m(DNBP)∶m(PI-70)=1∶1复配对苯乙烯的阻聚效果最佳,阻聚时间接近500min。Styrene distillation inhibitors, namely hydroquinone ( HQ), 4-tert-butylcatechol ( TBC), 4,6-dinitro-2-sec-butylphenol (DNBP) and PI-70, were evaluated by the dilatometer method. The inhibition effects of the inhibitors and their compound inhibitors at 60 ℃ and 80 ℃ were investigated with the inhibitor mass fractions of (3.0 -5.0) × 10^- 4. The results showed that for single-component inhibitors, the inhibition effects of DNBP with mass fraction of 5. 0× 10^-4 and PI-70 with mass fraction of 3.5 ×10^-4 were good and the effective inhibition time could reach more than 400 min at 60 ℃. The multi-component inhibitors m(TBC) : m(DNBP) 1 : 3 and m(TBC) : m(PI-70) 1 : 3 were also good in the inhibition and their inhibition times all were close to 600 min at 60 ℃. Among the single-component inhibitors DNBP with mass fraction of 3.5 × 10^-4 is the best in the inhibition at 80 ℃ and its effective inhibition time is 250 min. Among the multi-component inhibitors inhibition of m(DNBP) : m(PI-70) 1 : 1 is best and its effective inhibition time can reach about 500 min at 80 ℃.
