摘  要:裂解气选择加氢是乙烯厂加氢脱除二烯烃和炔烃的一种工艺,相对于现有技术,具有降低下游分离能耗、增加乙烯与丙烯收率、降低塔釜结焦量等优势。综述了国内外各主要乙烯技术商在裂解气选择加氢领域的专利技术,包括中国石化、IFP、ABBLummus、S櫣m-Chemie、Catalytic Distillation Technologies、CRI、Exxon、Linde、Estman和Philips等公司的工艺流程、技术特点与近期的研究进展,并对裂解气选择加氢工艺的未来发展趋势和应用前景进行了分析。Pyrolysis gas selective hydrogenation technique can be used in conversing highly unsaturated hydrocarbons to mono-olefin in ethylene plants, which has several advantages, namely low energy consumption in the separation, high ethylene yield and reduction of the fouling in the downstream equipments. The technique has been developed by the main worldwide suppliers for the ethylene production technique, including SINOPEC, IFP, ABB Lummus, Stim-Chemie, Catalytic Distillation Technologies, CRI, Exxon, Linde, Eastman and Phillips with different patents. This paper describes the processes, their character and recent progress. The trend of development and the prospect of the application for this technique have also been anticipated.
