浅析高等农业院校自主创新与服务新农村能力建设的对策

摘　　要：高等农业院校是农业科技创新与服务"三农"的主力军,它在农业自主创新、农业科技进步和服务新农村建设过程中发挥中越来越重要的作用。从推进自主知识创新、技术协同创新和集成服务创新等3个方面系统阐述了增强高等农业院校创新能力和服务新农村建设的对策和政策措施,为发展中的高等农业院校提供借鉴,对切实增强高等农业院校引领和支撑现代农业发展具有重要意义。Agricultural universities were the main force of agricultural science ＆ technology innovation and serving the agriculture, countryside and farmers. They played increasingly important roles in the agricultural independent innovation, agricultural science ＆ technology progress and serving the construction of new countryside. Some countermeasures and policy approaches for enhancing the innovative capacity and serving the new countryside construction of the agricultural universities were presented and discussed from three aspects, i.e., promoting independent knowledge innovation, technology collaborative innovation and integrating service innovation.
