摘　　要：以通信可靠、快速有效、指挥分级、信息共享的原则为出发点,新一代应急指挥调度通信系统集成了多项最新的现代通信技术及其成果,并将人工智能技术、辅助决策及传感器技术等应用于其中,通过有效的整合、精简高效的组织关系和强大丰富的应急通信手段,使其能广泛应用于政府机关、部队、安全部门处理突发事件及自然灾害救险应急通信,并且可满足各类需要在野外恶劣条件下作业的部门的通信使用要求。Starting from the principle of reliable,quick and effective communication,and direct command classification,information sharing,the new-generation emergency command and dispatch communications system integrates various modern communication technologies and their latest results,incorporates artificial intelligence,decision support and sensor technology applications.With effective integration,streamlined and efficient organization,and rich and powerful means of emergency communications,this system is widely used in government agencies,armed forces,security services in dealingwith sudden incidents and emergency communications of natural disaters,and thus could meet the communication demand of various departments under adverse working conditions.
