摘　　要：本文介绍了基于专用控制芯片和接口转换芯片的ATA接口固态硬盘的研制,在介绍固态硬盘技术的基础上,分析了固态硬盘的构成方案,并详细介绍了固态硬盘的核心设计内容,在不同环境条件下对固态硬盘进行的测试表明,本文研制的固态硬盘满足了项目的技术性能要求,并具有很好的环境适应性。This article describes the development of solid-state drives based on the special controller chip and ATA interface conversion chip.Based on the introduction of solid-state drive technology,we analyze the composition scheme of solid-state hard drive and describe the important design contents of solid-state hard drive.The test of the solid-state drive we developed show that the solid-state hard drive which has good adaptability to environment meet the performance requirements of the project in different environments.
