摘  要:本试验旨在研究红苕渣对肉牛生产性能、免疫功能、胴体和牛肉品质的影响,为在肉牛上更好地利用红苕渣提供参考。选择平均体重为(382.6±30.5)kg的西杂阉公牛30头,随机均分为3组,每组10头,每头为1个重复。对照组饲喂基础日粮;处理组分别饲喂用红苕渣替代基础日粮中白酒糟(高粱酒糟)50%和100%后的日粮(分别含10%和20%的红苕渣)。结果显示:红苕渣替代50%和100%白酒糟对生产性能和养分表观消化率无显著影响(P>0.05);血浆中钙含量分别提高3.35%和6.28%(P<0.05),对其他血浆生化指标含量无显著影响(P>0.05);血浆中生长激素(GH)含量分别降低18.54%和25.21%;IgA含量分别降低1.78%和4.48%;IgG浓度分别降低2.26%和9.31%(P<0.05)。对肉牛胴体和牛肉品质无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,日粮中用红苕渣替代50%和100%白酒糟对生产性能无显著影响,促进了日粮中钙的吸收,但降低了血浆中GH、IgA和IgG的含量,对养分消化率、肉牛胴体和牛肉品质无不良影响。综上,用红苕渣替代日粮中白酒糟的比例不宜过高,可控制在日粮组成(风干基础)的10%以内。This study was conducted to examine the effect of sweet potato residue (SPR) on growth performance,immunity,carcass and meat quality in beef cattle.Thirty crossbred steers with boby weight (382.6+30.5) kg were divided into 3 groups.Control group (n=10) was fed basic diet,and the other two groups (n=10 for each) were fed diets that 50 % and 100 % sorghum distiller's grains were replaced with SPR respectively (contained 10 % and 20 % SPR in whole diets respeetively).The results showed:Substitution of sorghum distiller's grains by 50 % and 100 % with SPR had no significant effects on performance and the apparent digestibility of nutrients (P 〉 0.05 ),increased the concentrations of plasma calcium by 3.35 % and 6.28 % (P 〈 0.05) ,had no significant effects on the contents of other biochemical indices (P 〉 0.05), and decreased the concentrations of plasma growth hormone,IgA and IgG (P 〈 0.05) ;and also had no negative effect on the carcass and meat quality in beef cattle (P 〉 0.05).The results indicated that the inclusion of SPR in the beef diet as a substitute for sorghum distiller's grains should not exceed 10 % (air dry basis).
