摘 要:以红细胞C3b受体花环率、白细胞吞噬率及人工感染死亡率为评价指标,研究并比较了非特异免疫复合制剂与单一非特异免疫物质对德国镜鲤免疫效果,结果表明投喂复合免疫制剂试验鱼的白细胞吞噬率均高于单一非特异免疫物质试验组(P<0.05)及对照组(P<0.05),其红细胞C3b受体花环率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);人工感染死亡率则低于单一非特异性免疫物质试验组及对照组。This study was conducted to compare the effects of a non-specific immune complex preparation and two kinds of single non-specific immune material on immunity of common carp (Cyprinus carpio.specularis) according to leucocyte phagocytic rate,red cell C3b receptors aggregates rate and death rate of common carp infected artificially.The results showed that:the leucocyte phagocytic rate of common carp fed non-specific immune complex preparation was higher than that of common carp fed single non-specific immune material (P 〈 0.05) and the control group (P 〈 0.05).The red cell C3b receptors aggregate rate of common carp fed non-specific immune complex preparation was also significantly higher than that of the control (P 〈 0.05).The artificial infection death rate of non-specific immune complex preparation was significantly lower than that of common carp feeded single non-specific immune material or the control.
