摘 要:目的观察新型四物方不同提取部位对辐射小鼠外周血有形成分的影响,发现新型四物方补血的有效部位。方法 70只小鼠常规饲养数天适应环境后,采用60Co-γ射线全身1次照射,剂量为2.5 Gy,照射后立即给予新型四物方不同提取部位,连续给药7 d,在照射后1、4、7、10、13、17 d检测新型四物方及其提取部位对外周血象的影响。结果与模型对照组相比,新型四物方及其提取部位在不同时间点可以升高外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白和血小板。对白细胞和血红蛋白的影响以60%水提醇沉上清部位效果较好,对红细胞的影响以全水提物效果较好。结论新型四物方60%水提醇沉上清部位是新型四物方的主要作用部位。Objective To screen hematopoietic constituents of new Siwu prescriptions by evaluating the recovery of peripheral blood hematology.Methods Balb/c mice were irradiated at a dose of 2.5 Gy using cobalt-60 gamma resources.Following irradiation,the extract of new Siwu prescriptions was administered intragastrically for 7 consecutive days.Blood samples were collected from the tail end and the numbers of peripheral blood cells were counted on days 0,1,4,7,10,13,and 17 using a microcell counter.Results The extract of new Siwu prescriptions treatment accelerated blood cell recovery.White blood cells,red blood cells,hemoglobin,platelets were all increased in drug treated group compared with the control mice.The supernatant of 60% alcohol to precipitate of aqueous extract was a most effective constituent for increasing peripheral white blood cells and hemoglobin.Aqueous extract was most effective for increasing red blood cells.Conclusion The supernatant of 60% alcohol to precipitate of aqueous extract is the hematopoietic contituent of new Siwu prescriptions
