耐力胶囊抗疲劳耐缺氧作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究耐力胶囊抗疲劳、耐缺氧的药理作用。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为5组,分别为生理氯化钠对照组、红景天胶囊阳性药物对照组及耐力胶囊低、中、高(150、375、750 mg/kg)3个剂量组,灌胃给药7 d后分别考察小鼠负重游泳、常压耐缺氧条件下的生存时间及小鼠抗疲劳奔跑实验。结果耐力胶囊能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05);能明显延长小鼠缺氧条件下的生存时间(P<0.05);在小鼠抗疲劳奔跑实验中,能明显延长小鼠在轮转式疲劳仪上的奔跑距离(P<0.05)。结论耐力胶囊具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用,是一种有效的抗疲劳中药制剂。Objective To demonstrate the antifatigue effect and of NaiLi capsule its resistance against oxygen deficit.Methods KM mice were randomly divided to five groups：control group,positive control group,the high,middle and low dosage groups（150,375,750 mg/kg）.After 7 days,the antifatigue effect and resistance against oxygen deficit of NaiLi Capsule was investigated in a swimming model of weight loading mice,a hypoxia model of mice under normal pressure and antifatigue running experiments.Results Swimming durations of weight loading mice were prolonged significantly by NaiLi Capsule.The hypoxia endurance of mice in the normal pressure natrium calx container was also enhanced,with the survival time of the NaiLi Capsule group prolonged.In the antifatigue runing experiment,the NaiLi Capsule group could obviously lengthen the distance of running in the antifatigue runing machine.Conclusion The NaiLi Capsule is a compound preparation of Chinese medicinal herb effective for antifatigue and antioxidation.
