摘　　要：介绍了出口用1100铝合金板带材的生产工艺,通过对不同系列的退火软化试验、力学性能检测、组织分析,总结出1100铝合金在4种不同状态的退火温度和各向异性与组织性能相对应的关系,并且确定出合理的退火制度。The production process of 1100 aluminum alloy strips and plates for export was introduced.The correspondence relationship between annealing temperature of 1100 aluminum alloy in four various tempers and anisotropy,microstructure and properties was summarized by the annealed softening test,mechanical measurement and microstructure analysis,and the rational annealing system was determined as well.
