摘 要:为适应不超过6层的混凝土网格剪力墙住宅建筑的要求,研发了网格尺寸为400mm×400mm的大网格剪力墙承重体系。通过2个剪跨比为2.02和2个剪跨比为1.13的大网格剪力墙试件的拟静力试验,研究大网格剪力墙的破坏形态、滞回特性、变形能力和承载能力等。试验结果表明:试件横肢两端竖向裂缝贯通肢高;竖肢水平开裂,端竖肢底部混凝土局部压碎;水平力-位移滞回曲线有捏拢;极限位移角不小于1/60。弹性有限元分析表明,120mm厚的大网格墙可等效为60mm厚的普通剪力墙,其在轴压力作用下的受弯承载力可按60mm厚的剪力墙计算,但应乘以折减系数0.9。工程算例结果表明,大网格剪力墙承重体系可用于抗震设防烈度8度、6层及以下的住宅建筑。To meet the requirement of reinforced concrete(RC) grillage shear wall residence buildings of 6-story or less,the grillage shear wall with grid size of 400mm×400mm,which is called large grid size shear wall,has been developed.Quasi-static tests on two specimens with shear span ratio of 2.02 and two specimens with shear span ratio of 1.13 were carried out to study the seismic behavior,such as failure mode,hysteretic characteristics,deformation capacity and bearing capacity,of the large grid size shear walls.The test results indicate that vertical cracks at the ends of horizontal limbs extend over the entire height of the limb,horizontal cracks appear at the vertical limbs,concrete crashes at the bottom of the boundary vertical limbs,the hysteretic loops of the lateral load-displacement are pinch,the ultimate drift ratio is not less than 1/60.The elastic finite element analysis shows that the large grid size RC wall with thickness of 120mm can be equalized to the RC shear wall with thickness of 60mm.Its bending capacity under compressive force can be calculated by the current code formula for the RC shear wall with thickness of 60mm,but a reduction factor of 0.9 should be multiplied.Earthquake resistant calculating results of an engineering example show that the large grid size RC grillage wall system is suitable for the 6-story or less residence building which the seismic fortification intensity is 8.
